Prism opened its door to authors in September 2011. The publishing company began as Inspired Romance Novels and later evolved into Prism Book Group, adding other genres besides romance.
Prism Book Group is a great publisher of clean reads and recognized by American Christian Fiction Writers organization.
The editor-in-chief and the Acquisition editors are a talented bunch-from the beautiful covers they create to the wonderful videos available to the authors.
I remember when I first come aboard PBG. I sent a query for my debut novel, and Joan Alley responded kindly with an encouraging word, and then suggested I rewrite my manuscript and resubmit.
Months later, I emailed my work in progress again and a few weeks before Christmas it was accepted. I think back to that time and still give thanks to Prism Book Group for taking a chance on an unseasoned author.
On March 21, 2012, PBG published my first novel, Escape to Big Fork Lake. Only weeks ago my second novel, Stone of Destiny was released.
Writers who enjoy scripting clean novels, keep Prism Book Group in mind when you're ready to query a publisher.
In celebration of my favorite publisher’s birthday I added one of my most enjoyed sweet-tooth recipes.
14 graham crackers
1 pkg. Instant Vanilla pudding
2 cups cold milk
1 cup cool whip
1 can cherry pie filling
Mix pudding with milk and cool whip. In 9x9 pan layer bottom with crackers, next ½ of the vanilla pudding mixture, next crackers, next last ½ of pudding mixture and top with cherry pie filling. Chill overnight
Also, I'll add a gift on my blog. Win an eBook of either, Escape to Big Fork Lake or Stone of Destiny (your choice) To make it fun-answer this question.
