It’s my pleasure to introduce everyone to Joi Copeland; she’s an author who strives to write real life for those who need encouraging or a good laugh!

Joi Copeland is married to a wonderful man, Chris, and has three amazing boys, She is living the dream in beautiful Denver, Colorado. Joi loves being a wife and mom and also enjoys spending time with friends over a good cup of coffee or tea. She's been a Christian for over twenty years. She's the author of two books, Hope for  Tomorrow and Hope for the Journey, and three novellas, Christmas Rayne, Letters
of Love, and Sheriff Bride, Rob's  Story.

Please tell the readers about your novel (can be the blurb).
Who or what was your inspiration behind  it?

Hope for Tomorrow is the first in a trilogy. Josephine came from a close-knit family
of three sisters. Tragedy strikes her family and sends her world into a
tail-spin. Josephine walks away from her faith and everything she once held
dear. When the fog of sorrow has lifted, she decides that she needs Jesus in her
life, but her poor decision making continues. And then she meets him. Will
Josephine continue on the road of bad choices? Will she let him and his guidance
tear apart the only family she has left?

Many main characters are a reflection of the author or somebody the author knows. Are there any tidbits that you've put into you characters which mimic people around you?
I would say I am Sue and Josephine combined in this book.  I've made some really stupid mistakes when it comes to relationships but thank the Lord He had other plans!

How did you decide on the setting? Did you need to do research?
I live in Colorado and thought it was the perfect setting since I love everything about this place.

If you had to go back and do it all over, is there any aspect of your novel or getting it published that you would change?
Absolutely! I'd rewrite Hope for Tomorrow and Hope for the
Journey. Not all of it, just certain aspects.

What was your  favorite chapter (or part) to write and why?
My favorite chapters to write about were Mark and Josephine's first date because I     think it's hilarious! And  truth be told, some of that actually happened to people I know. Also, I loved the conversation between Josephine and Steven when they are at the house he wants to buy. I loved his comment about his future wife's past.

Is there anything else you'd like to share with the readers about your books, or you  personally?
First, thank you for taking the time to read this interview.  If you're interested, my other books, Hope for the Journey, Hope from the Past,  Sheriff Bride Rob's Story, Christmas Rayne, and Letters of Love are all on my
author page on amazon.

I'm sure many readers  are interested in learning more about you. Do you have a homepage where they can do so?
